Kailani Villa is a very spacious single-story 3-bedroom, 3-bath home designed with convenience and comfort in mind for up to six guests. The main living space is an open-design living room, kitchen and dining area, each boasting that breathtaking ocean view. The floors are beautiful, deep hardwoods and the ceilings are vaulted. The living room has abundant seating for your comfort, a TV with satellite service, as well as a DVD player with a large library of movies for your entertainment.

The large, open kitchen boasts granite countertops with plenty of space and stainless steel appliances, including a gas range. Cook your meals and then choose your dining space: inside or out? The formal dining area comfortably seats six and hosts gorgeous views of the lanai and ocean beyond. Outside on the lanai is another dining table with six tropical grass-weave chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or meal. Rural Kailani Villa has a private water catchment system with a quality filter system, so it is safe to drink.

Back inside are three luxurious bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom has a quality King-size bed, the second bedroom has a Queen-size bed and the third has a full/double bed. There is plenty of closet space to store your sandals, shorts and t-shirts.
If you have to work, a spacious office area with not just one, but two desks overlooking the grounds is available with limited high-speed (wired) Internet for booking area activities or checking email. Telephone service is provided for making local phone calls – please be sure to bring a calling a credit card to make long distance calls. A fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer is available as well.

A spacious terra cotta tiled lanai runs the complete length of the house and offers plenty of lounge chairs to greet the morning sunrise, relax with a book, gaze out over the ocean in search of whales (during the winter months of November – March!), keep a watchful eye over your children as they enjoy the in-ground swimming pool or enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. And the rustic dining table is always there for meal time, snack time or a play a board game while you take a break from the sun.

The most unexpected feature at Kailani Villa is the resident sheep! They are quite playful – the older ones tend to keep to themselves and stay away, while the younger ones will venture over to greet you! They are contained for your safety and theirs and a caretaker does stop in occasionally to feed and check on them.

Your holiday wouldn’t be complete without enjoying the abundant tropical flowers and trees, ocean breezes and warm sunshine. The six-and-one-half acres is your private botanical garden with fragrant flowers like Plumeria and Tahitian Gardenia, colorful flowers such as Hibiscus and Bougainvillea, various Palm trees and fruit trees too!
