We are rushing
out the door because we didn't want to leave this beautiful place. We named the
large pufferfish "Princess Puffy" since she likes you to bring her
and feed her little shells from the Champagne Pond. Loved the location and the
house...hate to leave, but we will be back! Thanks! |

Aloha & Mahalo!
We had a wonderful time here enjoying the pond and house where I spent many happy
childhood days with grandparents, parents, cousins, etc. the starfruit and avocados
were delicious and that was so nice of you to leave for us. It was a special
treat to meet you Ann & Richard and mahalo for keeping this place special.
You're meant to be the owners and are very special people. We watched the "Wizard
of OZ" and enjoyed knowing about your Uncle Ray Bolger. Thank you for sharing
your family with us.
WOW! This
was so wonderful and we'll be back again. |

and Nancy--Rochester, New York
This
was our 1st time to stay on this side of the Big Island. What a wonderful treat
it has been: the weather has truly been tropical and sunny, feeding and swimming
with the fish in the lagoon has been a hoot, waking up to and falling asleep
to the sound of the ocean waves so peaceful! The house is wonderfully set up,
especially the kitchen. We've stayed in many vacation rentals that didn't boast
half of the amenities. The tropical flowers were a very inviting touch Ann--the
avocados were simply luscious and SO plentiful. It was also interesting watching
Richard introduce his new fish purchases to the Lagoon, as Ann acclimated them
to their new home. We also took a trip down memory lane looking at the Ray Bolger/Wizard
of Oz mementos. I guess the best way to sum up the magic of this Piece of paradise
is to say that the only time we left the property was to drive to Longs in Hilo
to drop off/pickup pictures taken with our underwater camera!
Hope to be back next year!

This truly is paradise!
We loved swimming with the fish, especially when we fed them. One of our favorite
fish was the humu-humu- nukunuku- apuaa fish! We even learned how to pronounce
it. This will truly be a memorable part of our trip and we will highly recommend
it to others. Our goal is to return in the next 5 years.
P.S. Best viewing of in Champagne Pond in the early in the morning |

Dallas Tx. & Honolulu,
Hi
This breath taking experience
is just simply amazing. Our trip to the Lagoonhouse was unforgettable and it
will truly have a place in our heart. We wouldn't trade this adventure for any
other. From the first moment we stepped into the house and saw the Lagoon, it
caught our attention. We knew this would be a fantastic location from our sense
of enthusiasm.Swimming with the sea turtles and exotic fishes was gorgeous! Standing
outside to look over the oceanview and the lagoon gave us such a feeling of peace
and tranquility. We will surely be back again to this little piece of paradise!!
