The Lagoon House is an extraordinary Big Island Oceanfront Vacation Rental house, located in the private gated community of Kapoho Beach Lots. This gracious and comfortable 3 bedroom and 2 bath vacation home is wonderfully situated on its' own PRIVATE, calm, clear, warm water lagoon, adjacent to the beautiful turtle filled Champagne Pond and the open ocean.

The lagoon is 10,000 square-foot filled with over 500,000 gallons of geothermally heated ocean fed water. The water is about 87 degrees, and is filled with many HUNDREDS of colorful Hawaiian reef fish. As far as we know, this is the ONLY Snorkeling Aquarium of its kind in the World! The fish are very beautiful, friendly and accustomed to being fed daily, so it is great fun to watch the feeding action from in/under the water or on the deck or patio when you offer them food. Snorkeling in our calm, warm lagoon is an easy way to explore Hawaii's underwater wonders and is enjoyable for all ages, from children to grandparents.
